Bespoke Coffee Table Books

Helping create memories that last a lifetime

Rewind Lab designs and publishes high-quality coffee table books for institutions and organizations around the world, from yearbooks and alumni editions to team books and commemorative projects.

The Gap

Most classes graduate and let the story end there

Once students leave campus, the sense of a shared class identity fades quickly. Social media captures moments, but it's fleeting, and most European MBA and university programs don't have a built-in tradition of documenting a graduating year the way it's done elsewhere. That's a missed opportunity in three ways:

Builds a lasting community

The bonds formed during the program lose their anchor once there's no shared, lasting record of it. A yearbook captures those shared experiences, friendships, and milestones in a tangible, physical keepsake.

Strengthens alumni engagement

Alumni who feel a tangible connection to their time at a school are more likely to stay engaged, give back, and advocate for it. A yearbook is often the first meaningful gift a school gives its graduates, and a real reason to stay connected long after they leave.

Elevates institutional prestige

A vibrant, diverse student body is one of a school's strongest assets, and it deserves something more permanent than a highlight reel. A beautifully designed yearbook becomes a physical showcase of that experience, one that resonates with future students, faculty, and partners in a way a website page can't.

Our Story

Why we started Rewind Lab

We're ex-MBAs who went looking for the perfect parting gift ourselves, something that could hold onto the thousands of memories made over two intense years, and couldn't find one built for programs like ours. So we built it.

What started as an in-class book for our own IESE class has grown into a full design and publishing service. To date, we've designed seven yearbooks and printed more than 1,800 copies across schools including IESE, INSEAD, and London Business School. We're a small team by design, which means every project gets direct founder attention from kickoff to delivery.

How It Works

A complete, end-to-end partnership

We work closely with your team to design and deliver a book that reflects your school's identity, and we manage the full process so it doesn't fall on your staff or your student committee.

  1. 01

    Consult & Design

Kickoff to understand your vision and goals, formation of a student yearbook committee, and a clear delivery timeline built around key milestones.

  2. 02

    Data Collection

Secure communication channels for students, clear instructions for photo submissions, and a review process to check and finalize all content.

  3. 03

    Curation & Printing

Our design team builds a compelling design and narrative, provides a full digital proof for review and approval, and runs quality control checks at every stage.

  4. 04

    Finish & Delivery

Every book is professionally packaged, logistics are managed for on-time delivery, and students receive their finished book in hand.

Our process is built backward from graduation day. We recommend a minimum of 12 weeks to do it right, though timelines flex to fit your school's calendar.

We work within your school's official branding guidelines, so the final book feels like a genuine extension of your institution's identity, not a generic template with a logo dropped on top — and every design choice within that is yours to shape, revised until you're happy with the result. At the end of the day, these are your students' memories, and our job is to capture them the way you and your community actually see them. Projects need to support a minimum print run of 200 copies.
